REFUNDS POLICY
In compliance with EU regulations, all customers have the right to a full refund of any purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods from Childwoodplay.

Should you wish to return an item or cancel an order please send us an email and include your order number in the subject line.

When goods are received and checked - we'll issue a full refund to the card or account from which you made payment.

RETURNS POLICY

RIDE ON CARS
All items sold on our website carry 6 Months return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. With any damages or missing parts should be reported within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. No exceptions will be allowed and the management of ChildWood Play reserve the right to withdraw this warranty at any given time.
In the event of an item being faulty or damaged when delivered, We aim to repair the product by sending replacement parts out to the customers address as soon as possible. After this period the customer will be liable to send the item back to our warehouse for repair. There will also be customer's responsibility to package the item back to either in its original packaging or adequate packaging. We will aim to get the item repaired and back to you within 14 working days . If the customer would opt to have a refund without replacement or repair then it is a customer's responsibility to send the item back to our warehouse.
Where an item is faulty we would advise customers to phone us directly so we can guide them through some simple troubleshooting steps. When returning items can you please enclose a covering letter stating your full details including order number, a daytime contact number and the reason for return.
Please note if for any reason you do not want to keep the item there will be a administration charge of 15% for any unwanted items that are returned back to us, please contact us for further details.

The Warranty does not cover Batteries, Steering Wheels, cosmetic parts or any other components that wear with use as detailed below:
- Batteries & Chargers come with 28 day warranty and are considered consumable products and also require regular maintenance in order to ensure good battery health, If a battery is faulty you will know long before your 28 days.
- Steering wheels are not covered as the steering wheel is often used to lift the Ride-on, an action they are not design for and we strongly advise against. We class damaged or broken steering wheels as normal wear and tear and as such they are not covered by the Warranty
