Delivery options

We deliver across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Shipping is calculated from the product shipping type in your basket.

Small packages are £4.99, standard packages are £9.99, small pallets are £39.99 and large pallets are £49.99. Accessories and spare parts qualify for free delivery when the basket total is over £40 and no pallet items are included.

You can also choose collect in store at checkout. Collection is from ChildWood Play, 18b Dreenan Rd, Knockloughrim, Magherafelt, BT45 8PQ.

Preorders

Products marked preorder are expected to be delivered within 6 weeks. We will contact you if timing changes.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@childwoodplay.com or call 028 7964 3569. Please keep packaging until the issue is resolved.
